General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all relations between:

  • And anyone making a purchase through the Sun Aura website

By placing an order on our site, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.


1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Sun Aura on its website.


2. Products

Sun Aura offers products dedicated to care and well-being. The essential characteristics of the products are detailed on each product sheet. Photos are not contractually binding and may differ slightly from the final product.


3. Orders

  • Orders are made exclusively online via the website.
  • The Customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided when ordering (address, products, etc.). The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of an error.

4. Price and Payment

  • All prices displayed are in euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery costs are indicated before order confirmation.
  • Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal. Transactions are secure.

5. Delivery

  • The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
  • Delivery times vary from 7 to 20 business days depending on the Customer's location. These delivery times are indicative and not contractual.
  • In the event of a delay or non-delivery, the Customer must contact customer service at contactsunaura@gmail.com .

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code:

  • The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.
  • Returns must be made in their original packaging, unused, and to the address provided by customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Guarantees

Sun Aura respects the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible:

  • Damage resulting from improper use of the products.
  • Delays or impossibility of delivery due to causes beyond its control (force majeure, strike, etc.).

9. Personal Data

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the court of the Seller's registered office.
